Boil 1 litre of milk and add 2 spoons of vinegar into it and stir it completely until the milk curdles completely.

When milk curdles completely drain it up in a thin clean muslin cloth and keep it hang for 1 hr.

Now smash curdle chena and add 1/2 teaspoon flour into it and make balls of chena.

Now take 1/4 cup sugar and add 4 cup water into it and boil balls of chena into it at high flame for 5 min and then 2 min in low flame.

Now boil 1 litre of milk and add sugar in it as per taste and add Kesar, dry fruits, and white rose essence in it.

At last put balls of chena into rabri you have made in the last step. Now your rasmalai is ready enjoy it and have fun ❤❤
