Steps

Take daal into a pane and water and soaked it for some time.

Take a pressure cooker add oil and hot it. Add cumin seeds to it. Now add chopped tomato and onion in it and cooked it on low flame for 5 minutes.

Add daal and water in it and close the pressure cooker and waits for 8 whistles. Now close the flame and wait for some time. Now open the pressure cooker and chk it.

Our chenna daal is ready to eat now Serve it with chapati.
