In a hot pan, add 1 tbsp oil and fry the pork until browny, set aside.

In a wok, add 1 tbsp oil and garlic, fry until fragrant.

Add the pork in and mix well. Move the meat to one side and in with 2 tbsp oyster saunce, mix all well together.

In another pot, add hot water and boil the green bean for about 3 mins.

Remove the green beans from the pot and add them into the wok and mix them with the pork.

Salt to taste and serve with rice.
