Collect all ingredients,
make sugar syrup 1n half cup water in sugar, heat it, and make 1 stand syrup, add cardamom powder in it, allow cooling, - 2
Now, in a mixing bowl add maida n curd mix well, now add beetroot juice n make batter rest 5 min now add baking soda, now fill this batter in a piping bag,

Heat a flat pan, heat ghee, make small jalebi, cook till golden brown, now dip in syrup, remove after 2min.

Enjoy juicy n crispy jalebi.
