Mix well Shredded pork+Sugar + salt before turn on heat • after mix turn on to medium heat and fried for 10 mins• then turn to medium low heat fried 10 mins • add sliced Shallot and fried more 7-10 to mins on low heat until get color as shown • strain its • separated shredded for more crispy • Done 😋😋..!!
