#JR3 crispy outside soft inside. These nuggets are a good cheat for moms trying to feed veggies to kids.
Steps

Mix mashed potatoes, vegetables, all spices, flattened rice, and cornflour.

Prepare a slurry (not too flowing) of all-purpose flour and add some salt.

Now grease hands with oil and take small portions of the mix and make nuggets.

Dip the nuggets in flour slurry and then roll in vermicelli.

Now you may deep fry the nuggets or bake in the preheated air fryer for 15 mins @ 180•C. (time and temperature may vary)

Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
