Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4-5boiled potatoes
  • 1 cupmix vegetables (corn, capsicum, green peas, carrot, beans)
  • 1/2 cupsoaked flattens rice (poha)
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspdried mango powder
  • 1 tspdried fenugreek (Kasuri methi)
  • as requiredOil to grease hands
  • 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 cuproasted vermicelli

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix mashed potatoes, vegetables, all spices, flattened rice, and cornflour.

  2. 2

    Prepare a slurry (not too flowing) of all-purpose flour and add some salt.

  3. 3

    Now grease hands with oil and take small portions of the mix and make nuggets.

  4. 4

    Dip the nuggets in flour slurry and then roll in vermicelli.

  5. 5

    Now you may deep fry the nuggets or bake in the preheated air fryer for 15 mins @ 180•C. (time and temperature may vary)

  6. 6

    Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
