Firstly place a kadhai on gas on a medium flame for preheating. Place a stand in it and cover it with lead. Then take a bowl then add dark chocolate and butter in it. Then melt it from the double boiler method. Once it's done check that there are no lumps in it. Keep aside.

Now take all the dry ingredients and sieve it two times. This step is very important so don't skip it.

Now put the dry ingredients and milk in the melted chocolate little by little. And make a smooth batter. Now add chocolate essence and mix it well. Make sure that there are no lumps.

Now take an aluminum disposal tray (you also use a cake tin or tray) pour the batter in it. Now spread some chopped nut on the top of it.

Now place it in the preheated kadhai and cover it with a lid and bake it on the low to medium flame for 30-35. minutes.

After 35 minutes insert the toothpick in it if it's come out completely clean that means your brownie cake is ready. Allow to cool completely and cut it into squares. Garnish it with powdered sugar, chocolate syrup, and cherry and serve it. Enjoy!
