  • 1/2 lbsreal butter softened
  • 3 squeezesoff prepared chill and garlic pastes
  • 1 tspherb de provance with salt
  • 2 tspmeat supreme peppercorn mix

    Mix all ingredients together and allow at least 30 mins to infuse the seasonings
    Top on roast potatoes as the go into the oven for a delicious treat...enjoy
