Mango kulfi

Mango kulfi is perfect cool desert for hot summer.
Steps

Boil the milk on slow flame and reduce it to half. When it starts boiling add sugar.

Blend mango pieces in a mixer to make mango puree.

Take 2 tsp cornflour and add little milk to make a slurry. In boiling milk slow the flame and add cornflour paste to it, stir constantly so that lumps should not be formed. When milk becomes a thick turn off the flame.

Pour milk into a vessel and let it be cool. Then add mango puree and some chopped mango cubes to it. Mix it properly.

After cooling at room temperature pour this kulfi mixture into kulfi mold & Matka. add some chopped mango cubes on top. Keep it in the freezer for 8 -9 hours.
