Steps

Wash n finely chop spring onions.

Heat oil in a pan/Kadhai add cumin seeds n green chilli after five seconds add spring onions. Cook for half minute. Let it cool.

Add spring onion n grated coconut n warm water to blender n prepare the fine mixture.

Add one cup curd to the mixture n run mixture/blender for five seconds.

Transfer mixture to a bowl adds salt n 1/2cup water. It should not be thick nor watery. You can adjust water according to your liking.

Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil/ghee in seasoning pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, a pinch of hing n curry leaves. Pour seasoning onto the blended mixture.

You can decorate it with coriander/vegetable flowers if you want to.

Serve with Plain Rice.
