Steps

Take perboiled potatoes in a Bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder and Garam Masala powder. Mix everything and prepare the stuffing.

Take whole wheat flour in the bowl. Add two Slice of potato. Add salt to taste. Knead dough. Add water slowly. Set aside the dough for 15 minutes.

Make small ball. Make a hole in the ball, put a teaspoon of Potato mixture in it. Wrap again. Roll paratha.
