In a large heavy saucepan, cook and stir 3/4 cup sugar over low heat until sugar is melted and golden. Pour it into mould. Set for 10 minutes

Further in a large bowl take ½ cup boiled milk,and ½ cup condensed milk, also, add 1 tbsp custard powder and 1 tsp vanilla extract whisk and mix until everything is well combined. I added mango pulp as this is season of mango.

Pour in the caramelised set mould.
cover the bowl and steam for 30 minutes or until its set completely. Cool and refrigerate overnight and unmould slowly.
