Steps

Gather all ingredients

Take one bowl add cabbage,spring onions,carrots,coriander

Add besan

Add corn flour, salt,ginger garlic paste n cumin seeds

Mix everything n keep it covered for 15 minutes then add water
- 6
Heat non-stick pan put ring mould(if you don’t have mould then you can spread like thick chilla)sprinkle few drops of oil n vegetable mixture.

After a minute turn down pancake cook again for a minute

Remove ring n cook for few seconds
- 9
Decorate with ketchup n green chutney.Enjoy your healthy pancakes.
