Dilli Wale Kulche

Kulcha is often served with Punjabi chole or with Amritsari chole. It can also be had warm with some tea or coffee. I made the kulcha to go with Chole -the famous Delhi street food.

Steps
- 1
Take one big bowl and mix all the ingredients and knead soft dough. The dough should not be very soft and not be so hard as well. Keep this aside for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
After 30 minutes cut the dough into pieces and make a smooth ball and keep it aside for another 10 minutes.
- 3
Take a rolling pin and make a vertical roti and spread some onion seeds. You can spread little fresh coriander also and then turn the kulcha and put some water on the backside and put it on the heated nonstick pan.
- 4
Then sprinkle some water around the kulcha and cover it with a lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium to low flame then turn it and repeat the same process. Garnish with butter and enjoy it with chole, matra, or chana.
