Aam Paneeri Ghari

For the filling, take the ghee in a pan. Crumble the paneer in it. After the paneer separates a little, add coconut and mango pulp in it and also add small pieces of mango. Now add sugar in it. Turn off the gas when the sugar water burns and starts to leave the filling pan.

For the top layer, take the refined flour in a bowl and add the rava. Add ghee of Mhon, add 2-3 drops of lemon. Now mix and make medium dough (Dough should not become loose.)

To make ghari, Now take the loaf from the dough and make the puri. Put the filling between the two puris. Now seal and cut with a cutter. Squeeze the edge of the puri and give it a ghari shape. Now fry Ghari on medium heat. Fry till light brown.

Take in a serving plate, garnish with honey and almond pistachio slices and serve.
