Ingredients

Makes 8 burgers
  1. 1 headbroccoli
  2. 1 cupfrozen peas (about 150 grams)
  3. 1 tablespoonpesto
  4. 1 1/3 cupsoat flour (about 150 grams)
  5. 1 packagewhole wheat melba toast or rusks for breading
  6. 2eggs
  7. Salt, to taste
  8. Olive oil
  9. Spices

    Boil the broccoli after cleaning and cutting it into pieces.
