Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CupSugar
  2. 1 CupWater
  3. dropsLemon few
  4. 1 tspRosa Water
  5. 300 gRoasted Vermicelli
  6. 1 tspUnsalted Butter
  7. 1 tspPowdered Sugar
  8. 1/4 tspOrange Food Color
  9. 1/2 CupMozzarella Cheese
  10. 8 tspWiping cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    To prepare sugar syrup:
    Add water, sugar,lemon few drops and rose wayer heat on medium flam for thick consistency

    Roasted Vermicelli,1 tsp unsalted butter,1 tsp powdered sugar.mix well.Spilt two hald and keep aside

    On pan apply butter and orange food color.spread well on pan.

    Place one half of mixed vermicelli,over that Wiping cream, cheese cream, mozzarella cheese

    Place another half of vermicelli over that

  6. 6

    Heat pan...flip and heat both sides..

  7. 7

    Pour warm sugar syrup over heated vermicelli

  8. 8

    Garnish with pista nuts.

  9. 9

    Kunafa ready to serve
