Low Sugar Soy Flour and Wheat Bran Bread

I came up with this recipe, thinking how I could make low-sugar bread cheaply. Recently, I found out that the shop I always buy the ingredients from, was using this recipe (some parts of it) for commercial purpose without my permission. I decided to upload this recipe here to emphasize my aim of this recipe (to make low-sugar bread cheaply).
All the dry ingredients I used to make this bread are from a shop called Yutec. The most important things are to use 2 g of salt, and not to let the salt touch the dried yeast directly.
The ratios of this recipe are based on the dry ingredients from Yutec. If you use dry ingredients from different company, you may need to adjust the amounts of water and other ingredients. Recipe by Momorin7171

Steps
- 1
Put the ● ingredients in a plastic bag, and shake well to mix.
- 2
First, pour the water into the bread machine.
- 3
Add the mixture from Step 1 to the bread machine, and place the non-sugar sweetener and dried yeast on top next to each other. ※Do not use the automatic yeast dispenser.
- 4
Add the olive oil (shortening), but be careful not to pour it over the dried yeast.
- 5
Set the bread machine to "Rapid Bake" and "Light Crust Color," and turn it on. ※Those settings may be called differently depending on your bread machine, but select the quick bake setting.
- 6
※If you turn the machine off after kneading, and turn on the switch again to repeat the kneading operation, the dough will turn out better.
- 7
※The aim of this recipe is to make low-sugar bread cheaply (in terms of energy costs), so you can omit Step 6. The bread in the profile photo was made with Step 6 skipped.
