Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3Egg (Medium)
  2. 1 tbspShiro-dashi
  3. 3 tbspWater
  4. 2 tbspSugar
  5. 1 tspSake
  6. 1 pinchSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine and mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix the egg whites in a cutting motion.

  2. 2

    Strain the mixture through a sieve and cook the tamagoyaki in a tamagoyaki pan. Once cooled, cut into long strips.
