Ingredients

  1. A fewcherry tomatoes
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 cangreen beans
  4. 2small green onions
  5. 1 canwhite tuna
  6. 1mini cucumber
  7. A fewbasil leaves
  8. Vinaigrette of your choice, for mine:
  9. Olive oil, lemon, mustard, black olive syrup
  10. Balsamic glaze
  11. Salt/pepper
  12. Herb mix, Knorr southern aroma

    Start by boiling water and cook the eggs for 9 minutes. Then place them in cold water and peel them. Chill in the fridge.

    Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, place them in a colander with salt, and let them drain. Do the same with the cucumber.

    Finely slice the green onions and basil. Drain the green beans and tuna, and flake the tuna.

    Slice the eggs, add all the ingredients with the vinaigrette, and enjoy this refreshing salad ☺️
