  1. 2 stickcelery
  2. 10 smallcherry tomatoes
  3. 10grapes/ green or red
  4. 1 mediumred onion / fine choped
  5. 1half cucumber / choped
  6. 3 mediumcarrots / grated
  7. 4spring onions / fine choped
  8. 1 cansweetcorn / drained
  9. 1 cansalad beans / or mixed beans
  10. 25sultanas
  11. 1apple / choped
  12. 1 cupgreen cabbage / fine choped
  13. 1yellow sweet pepper / choped
  14. 4radish / fine sliced
  15. 5 tbspmayonaise / judge this on the day
  16. 3 tbspsalad cream
  17. 200 gramspasta / any to hand cooked aldente

  1. 1

    Chop all ingredients to similar size and mix in large bowl, add mayo and salad cream and mix well. Cover and fridge for 2 hours minimum, this will allow pasta to absorb excess liquids. Remove from fridge 30 mins before serving and add more mayo as needed, you can also add fresh basil or mint etc to your taste. serve with bbq or gammon / cheese / crusty bread etc.
