Steam choy sum for fivr.mins drain then arrange in a platter.Heat a pan then.add.oil when.it is hot stir fry the garlic until golden brown then remove from.pan.In the same pan add the (soy sugar oyster sauce a little water)mixture let it boil.Off fire.Then sprinkle fried garlic on top.of choy sum.then pour the sauce.
