Cut the bok choy in half. Slice the garlic thickly.

Stir-fry the garlic in sesame oil.

When the garlic is fragrant, add the bok choy and turn the heat to high.

Add the ingredients marked with ☆ as soon as the bok choy starts to be cooked.

Turn the heat off when the bok choy is still crunchy.
