Ingredients

30-45 minutes
6 servings
  1. 2 1/2 cupscooked & chopped broccoli
  2. 2 cupscooked chicken breast (shredded or cubed)
  3. 2 cans (10.75 oz.)condensed cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 cupmayonnaise (no substitute spreads!)
  5. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  6. 1/4 teaspooncurry powder
  7. 1 tablespoonmelted butter
  8. 1 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
  9. 1/2 cupfrench fried onions
  10. 3 cupscooked white rice

Steps

30-45 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 3-quart casserole dish.

  2. 2

    Arrange cooked broccoli in casserole dish. Arrange chicken over broccoli.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, and melted butter. Mix together and pour over chicken and broccoli.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle the cheese and french fried onions on top and bake until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve over the cooked white rice.
