Ingredients

30 mins
2 servings
  • 1 packChicken boneless skinless thighs crescent (cut into cubes)
  • 1 cupyogurt
  • salt to taste
  • peppers 🫑 red green n yellow 1 each
  • 1/2 turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp whole spices
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 table spoons of white chicken karachi spices I use shan packet get it from asian store
  • oil 2 to 3 table spoons

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Now mix all these ingredients with chicken n marinate it for 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Heat up oil in a pan n fry it on high until water gets dried. Now add peppers n mix it well stir fry it n put it on low for 5 mins with lid cover.

  3. 3

    Delicious chicken white tikka is ready enjoy with naan or tortilla.
