Steps

Add besan, sour buttermilk haldi powder, and salt into a thick bottom pan.

Mix it well. Make lump free mixture.

Cook it slow to medium flame and keep stir continuously to avoid lumps.

Cook till mixture thicken.
Pour this mixture on greased platform. - 5
Spread it with saptula.
Do this process fast because if mixture cool down you can't spread it. - 6
Let it cool down around it will take 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle some red chilli powder and jeera powder. - 7
Cut into strips and roll it gently. Do not make thick rolls

Make seasoning with oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves and green chillies

Pour this tempering over khandvi rolls and garnish with shredded coconut and coriander leaves

Serve with green chutney and tea

Tips
* Always greased kitchen platform or plates before cooking.
* Use ballon whisker for stir.
* If we use Ballon whisker it's avoid to make lump while cooking process. - 12
To check mixture is done or not. When mixture is thicken put a little mixture on greased plate or platform spread it and let it cool down if it's remove from plate easily then it is done if mixture is stick on bottom then cook it more.
