Put the sooji in a bowl add Curd mashed it properly.Add water and Mix it well.

Keep this batter for 20 minutes

Add Eno pouch in the Batter and mixed it well now Take out Idli Stand and Putt batter into the stand Now put it into the Over and Set timer of 4Minutes

Idli is ready now Cut it into 4pieces

Now take a Pan add oil into it add Chopped onion,tomato into it and Add Salt,red chilli powder,garam masala.Mix it well!

Add pieces of Idli into the Gravy and cook it for 10 minutes!

Fried Idli is Ready to serve squeeze lemon and put coriander leave on it(Optional)
