Steps

Take 2 boiled potatoes and mash them.

Take half bowl of sooji, mix it with mashed potatoes and add either 1 packet of magic masala or masalas available at home according to your taste.

Give desired shape to your cutlets.
Take 1 tablespoon of cornflour, make a runny mixture and coat your cutlets nicely with the cornflour mixture (This step is optional). - 4
Heat some oil in a pan and fry your cutlets.

Tadaaa! Your cutlets are ready!
Serve them hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney!
