Beef 2kgs
1 ltrBeef stock
Cooking cream 1tr
2 tbsGarlic chopped
1 tbsGinger
Onions Chopped
Tomatoes 5pcs chopped
Salt
Cooking oil

Boil your beef in stock for 25mins

In a medium pan cook put oil, garlic, Ginger and onions and cook for 5mins.

Add your chopped tomatoes and beef.

Then add your cooking cream and leave it to cook

Season it with salt to taste.

Hi too,
You can put your beef stock after your tomatoes are cooked very well. It will give your tomatoes a nice taste.
