Heat up the olive oil in a small pot and saute the garlic, onions until beginning to brown.

Add and sweat celery and red pepper together.
- 4
Mix in turmeric and cook for a few seconds.
- 5
Add water, salt, capers,olives and bring it to a boil.
- 6
Add quinoa and cook slowly until absorbs the liquid.
- 7
Mix in cilantro and serve.
- 8
Note: Be careful when adding salt, remember that capers and olives are salty. Maybe you should omit adding salt to it.
