Mix the chana daal with daal mash clean & soak for half an hour. Now make masala in pressure cooker,chop the onion fry for golden brown add little water,now add all spices n veg ingredients cook it until tomatoes are soft or oil separats.

Take some tari on masala we use it at the end.Wash the daal properly, add daal & water close the pressure cooker for 10 mints.when you open it pour tari on daal add qasoori methi, coriander leaves & garam masala.turn off the flame,daal is ready.👏

Clean n soak the rice for half an hour,chop the onion in which we have to make the rice let it fry in oil until dark brown.add water as the rice quality add salt n garam masala.let it cook until rice aur done.

Super tasty daal Chawal are ready,serve with green chutney, achar n definitely green salad.😋😋😋
