Aloo poori is my kids favourite breakfast. This recipe is easy to make and delicious. It is the perfect weekend breakfast enjoyed by the family.

Firstly, in a pressure cooker add oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and besan. Saute on lie flame till besan changes its color slightly.

Blend tomatoes in mixi and add it to the pressure cooker and saute till tomatoes turn soft. Then add potatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, and coriander powder. Saute on low flame for few minutes.

Add water as required and curry leaves. Cover and pressure cook for 4 whistles. Mix well and adjust the consistency. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.

In parath take wheat flour, salt, black pepper powder, and mix with your hands. Knead the dough and keep adding little by little water to get the stiff dough.

Take a small portion from the dough and shape it into round size balls and roll it into a puri.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying puri.

Fry puri one by one and press it on the side so that your puri will puff up and flip over the other side. Like this make all your puri.

Serve aloo puri hot for breakfast.
