I made some fried rice with my favorite doubanjiang!

I really like spicy food, so I added more doubanjiang.

To avoid the rice from becoming gooey and greasy
1. Mix the beaten egg together with the rice.
2. Cook in this order: vegetables, mayonnaise and doubanjiang, and rice.
3. Once you add the rice, turn the heat up to high and quickly finish! Recipe by Shifo

  1. 1

Preparations: Mix the rice with beaten egg in a bowl. Finely chop the ★ ingredients. (I roughly chop the vegetables).

  2. 2

Cook the wiener sausage and carrot in a pot (oil will render from the sausage, so you don't need to add oil). Add the onion and green pepper and continue to cook.

  3. 3

Add the ☆ ingredients. Once the doubanjiang is fragrant, add the rice mixed with beaten egg and cook over high heat. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

Right before you're finished, drizzle soy sauce over the top and mix it in to finish. Scatter some white sesame seeds on top!
