Steps

Cut the okra into slices vertically and remove the seeds.

Add all the spices, flour, and lemon juice. Mix everything well so that everything is well coated.

Cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes so that all the spices stick to the okra.

Deep fry the okra on medium to high flame till turns crisp. Remove and sprinkle some chaat masala on the fried okra. Serve with curd and Roti.

Note -
1. Do not marinate the bhindi for too long after adding the spices as it will turn soggy. 10-15 minutes is enough.2. Add the slices individually into the oil while frying so that the bhindis don't stick to each other.
