In a bowl sift 30gm of unsweetened cocoa powder 60gm all-purpose flour 1/4 cup baking powder (dry agent) in another bowl sift 200gm of castor sugar,110gm of unsalted butter, crack your medium eggs, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract whisk together and add the above dry ingredients to it using the cut and fold method.. Place a grease butter paper in the baking tray, pour in the cake mixture spread evenly tap down gently and bake at 180° degree for 25 minutes

Now use 450gm of cream cheese in a bowl, add 1/3 cup of powder sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract two whole egg and blend until creamy (using a hand blender) then pour the cream cheese mixture onto the bake brownies and bake at 180° degree for 40 minutes after that garnish with grated chocolate 🍫 enjoy!!!!! It's very yummy 😋.... Baking gives me joy
