Gudh papadi is traditional sweet dish. A good option for any time snack or for kids tiffin too. This is very healthy for all.
Steps

Heat ghee into a pan.
Add wheat flour to it and mix it well. Break all the lumps.
Roast for 10 minutes on medium flame. - 2
Add jaggery, cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder. Mix well.
Cook until gudh melts and get mixed well with wheat flour. - 3
Grease the tray with ghee.
Pour out the mixture into the tray.
Spread evenly and cut into pieces. - 4
Its shelf life is 3-4 weeks.
It can be a good traveling snack too.
