In a mixing bowl take all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, add 2tbsp hot oil, mix well, prepare little hard dough by adding water little by little, keep aside for 10 minutes

Place a sauce pan on low flame add 1tbsp oil heat up add cumin seeds, asafoetida, let it splutter add cumin powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder,chat masala, amchur powder give it a good mix now add mashed potato and peas,and combine everything well, filling is ready

Squeeze out equal size balls from the dough, take a ball roll out,cut in to half, make a triangle shape fill in the potato stuffing seal the edges,do the same with rest of of the balls..deep fry them in medium hot oil until golden brown...enjoy with hot cup of tea
