Mix the dry ingredients (paprika, salt,turmeric, garlic powder, flour) together

Add water gradually as you mix to form a paste

Dip your cut potatoes into the paste and give them a nice stir

Heat up your oil and once it's hot enough drop your bhajia pieces one by one carefully into the oil

Cook the bhajia as you turn them for about 3-4 minutes until they are well cooked
- 6
Remove from the oil once cooked and put them on a kitchen towel to drain excess oil
- 7
Serve while hot with your favourite accompaniment
