I made this with veggies I had in the fridge.

Adjust the amount of seasoning according to your liking.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 130to 150 grams Pork
  2. 2to 3 leaves Lettuce
  3. 2Eggplants (small)
  4. 1/4Onion
  5. 2 tbsp◎ Miso
  6. 1/2 tbspMirin
  7. 1/2 tbspSugar
  8. 1 tbsp◎ Sake
  9. 1Salt
  10. 1White sesame seeds
  11. 1Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove the stem from the eggplant and make slits in the skin. Chop the pork, lettuce, and eggplants into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the onion.

    Mix together the ◎ ingredients. Heat oil in a pan. Pan-fry the pork, onion, eggplant, and lettuce in this order. Add in the mixed seasonings and mix well.

    Season with salt, sprinkle white sesame seeds and enjoy!!
