(For Besan Ki Roti)

In a bowl add flour, gramflour, and all ingredients except ghee mix well, gradually add water and knead the dough, rest in for 15 to 20 minutes, Make small balls from the dough, roll out each and cook on fry pan or tawa using ghee.

(For Chutney)

In a blender add tomatoes, g.g paste, whole red chilli and blend well

In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds, cumin, kalonji and saute for a minute, add tomato mixture and salt, cook until tomatoes are cooked add sugar lemon juice and mix it well.

Serve hot besan ki Roti with hot chutney.
