Very simple & easy to make receipe for breakfast or tiffin.
Steps

Take rava/suji, add curd and water and keep 2 -3 hours. It is optional to wait for 3 hours. You can make instant dhokla also.

Add ginger chili paste, salt, sugar, and oil in Rava batter. Mix it well. Add the required amount of water.

On one side keep steamer to become hot. Grease the plate with oil. Lastly, add eno in dhokla batter and pour the batter in greeced plate.put this plate in a steamer. Steam for 10 -15 mins.

In one kadhai add oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida & curry leaves and make tempering. Spread this tampering on steamed dhokla. Cut into pieces and Serve.
