Clean n wash lauki remove skin and grate it.

Take it in a bowl add oil green chili, ginger paste, salt haldi mix very well add curd and mix it.

Add flour as required to knead the dough.

If lauki is juicy you will need a little more flour.
Knead a soft dough

Keep the steamer ready.
Make small balls and steam them for 15-20 minutes.

Now for tempering
Take a pan, add oil add mustard seed kadhi patta dry red Mirchi, and sesame seeds for tadka.

Also, add hing and steamed muthiyas.
Stir them and cook for 5 mins on slow flame then add coriander and grated coconut for garnish.
Take it out in a plate and serve with chutney.
