Very tasty and unique easy recipe. Less masalas and less oil,less time consuming. Must try it.
Steps

Wash and rinse the brinjals. Dry them with a towel.

Give them 2 cuts length-wise, as you see in the picture. Keep them aside.

Peel the onions, slice them roughly. Add all the masalas in onion. Make a course paste.

Fill the paste into brinjals.
- 5
Heat oil in a pan. Put all the brinjals into it. Soute or invert them for few seconds. Cover them for 3-4 minutes. Then check. If not done then cook for 1-2 minutes more. If done then enjoy with anything you like rice, bread, etc.
