First in a small vessel/ box take lukewarm water, add yeast and sugar. Mix. Put the cover and keep aside for activation for 15 minutes.
Next take a mixing bowl. Put maida and salt. Mix. - 2
Now make a pocket in the centre of the flour. Add the activated yeast. Mix well and evenly. Next add curd little in batches.

Bring together to make dough. Add oil. Mix well and knead. A soft dough is ready. Brush oil and keep the dough in the bowl. Cover it and keep for proofing in a warm place for an hour.

After proofing, the dough must have become double in size.
While the dough is kept for proofing, prepare the topping.
Place a pan with oil. As it heats up put chopped garlic. Saute. - 5
Next add chopped spinach and saute for sometime. Next grated and add tofu. Stir fry for sometime.
Add salt, sugar, black pepper powder and pizza seasoning. Mix well. Do not overcook. Switch off and keep aside. - 6
Now take the proofed dough, knead it once again. Divide it into two portions. Take one portion. On the rolling board dust maida. Roll the dough part into a thick roti. Next take a fork and poke the roti so that it doesn't puff while baking.

Next pinch and fold the edges of the entire circle. It tastes awesome after baking. Now take the baking tray brush oil. Place this pizza roti carefully on it.

Now take pizza sauce and spread well. You can grate some cheese at this stage also.
Next arrange capsicum and onion. Then put the prepared spinach and tofu mixture in the centre. - 9
Sprinkle mixed herbs. Next grate pizza cheese generously. While you are doing all these preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Pizza is ready to bake. Bake pizza for 25 minutes. It's ready... Let it settle for 2 minutes...then serve...
