Ingredients

2-4 servings
  • 500 mlwhole milk
  • 100 grthick plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • Small tin or 6 frozen peach halves. Part defrosted ok
  • 2 tbsprose syrup
  • Crushed ice

Steps

  1. 1

    Put everything apart from ice into a blender and whiz for about 1 min until smooth.

  2. 2

    Add half glass of ice and blitz again for 10 seconds. Serve over more ice.

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
