Steps

Chop the radish leaves and cut the radish in medium size. Wash and keep aside

Take a pan and heat the oil

Now add cumin mustard seeds

Once crackling add chopped leaves and radish. Sauté for few seconds and add 1/2 cup water

Cover with a plate and on top of the plate add besan and all dry masala. This is the trick, by doing this you won’t need to roast the besan seperately

Keep the plate closed until the radish is cooked stir occasionally. Cook in medium heat

Once the radish is cooked properly open the lid and add all the besan and dry masala and mix well. Sauté for few seconds

Your radish curry with leaves is now ready
