Add 2 tablespoons oil to a skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and sauté lightly.

Add the chopped bell peppers and tomato, and sauté until slightly softened.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add the soy sauce, red chili sauce, Schezwan sauce, and tomato ketchup. Mix well.

Add salt and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Add the paneer cubes and mix gently to coat them with the sauce.

Pour in the water and a little more tomato ketchup. Mix well.

Cook for a few minutes until the paneer absorbs the sauce and everything is well combined.

Serve the cheese chili hot.
