Paratha Pizza

#cookpadindia
Indian flat bread that is made into a Pizza. Lovely breakfast on any given day. The best part is that it can be made even with leftover Parathas and topping can be of your choice and preference. Lipsmackingly delicious first meal of the day that is super awesome in looks as well as the taste.
It's a perfect one to be enjoyed on any day. Even for tea-time as a lovely Snacking idea.
Plain Parathas that are put to use can be leftovers too. This way they will be put to use wisely and would also be fresh and instantly made once reheated.
Kids will love these for sure.

Steps
- 1
Knead a smooth dough out of all the ingredients. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
- 2
Divide the dough into equal sized balls and make parathas after 10-15 minutes of standing time.
- 3
Place each Paratha on the hot griddle and add all the toppings one by one. Add the cheese finally and sprinkle Italian seasoning and the chilli flakes on top.
- 4
Cover and cook just until the cheese melts. Serve it piping hot for a lip-smacking meal. Enjoy! Yum!
