In a small sauce pan add d sugar,corn starch,egg yolk and milk mix well until no lumps remain

Place the sauce pan on a very low heat to cook until thickings,be stirring constantly or be using robber spatula to b scrapping d sides(do not add too much heat,since you dinta want your eggs to curdled)

When thick take off d heat and strain(it may b a little bit difficult do not mind,use spoon to be pressing from d siever)until you strain it properly

Then immediately add d butter (d heat from d cream should be able to melt d butter add the vanilla flavor and mix everything well.

And there you have your pastry cream,you can also use d cream to filled up your pastries such as bread,Doughnuts,eclairs etc.

For customizing your bread,add d cream in to a piping bag with nozzle for writing and make d design bog your choice with names on your bread just before placing d bread in to d oven for baking.

Note that when you proof your bread For d second time do not egg wash just make your pipings and bake.
