Take a deep pan add milk bring it boil now switch off the flame and add vinegar to it and let it rest for10min

Now panner is ready take out excess water from it let it hang for20min

Now take the panner mashed it well with hand and make balls from it like rasgola shape

Now in a pan add water and sugar bring it boil till sugar syrup is ready now add cardamom powder when it start boiling add rasgola ball into the sugar syrup and cover the pan switch the flame medium to low heat bring it Cook for 20min now rasgola is ready

Now another pan add milk boil it till half it's quantity add sugar according to taste cardomom Powder now take out the rasgola from syrup squized it and add to the boiling milk now in a microwave high power add this for 5min ready baked rasgolla served with dry fruits
